When you really want to impress your family and friends with your baking skills, pull out this recipe. This Decadent Raspberry Snowball Cake is very tasty and makes a beautiful presentation. And the recipe is simple to change around so you can make it often and folks won’t even realize you are using the same recipe. Instead of regular coconut, toast the coconut. You have a totally different look and flavor. Change the jam flavor for a completely different taste and color. Omit the coconut from the top of the cake and decorate for a birthday or other special occasion. Are you beginning to see the possibilities?

DECADENT RASPBERRY SNOWBALL CAKE

1 pkg (18 1/4 oz) white cake mix
3 cups flaked coconut, divided
6 squares (1 oz each) white baking chocolate
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
